This position is being posted to attract experienced talent to meet our upcoming needs in our restaurant/s Prep Kitchen and Banquet Functions.
Cooks are responsible for preparing food of consistent quality and assisting in kitchen functions.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Able to accurately read and make measurements. Have to take initiative and get creative in resolving challenges and involve the Chef when previous methods have been unsuccessful. Ability to remain calm under pressure.
Must have first aid and SERV Safe/County required certifications.
