Barista

Summary

At Ginger and Baker, we believe in History, Community, Creativity and Pie.
As a barista, taking care of guests and creating an environment that makes them feel at home is just-as important as latte art or pulling espresso shots.
The barista’s job is to maintain an atmosphere where delicious, handcrafted coffee beverages can be enjoyed.
There are baristas and then there are people who happen to be good at making drinks. Being a barista is loving your community, loving people and loving coffee, and people and coffee will love you back…
